We do not issue Refunds however, we welcome all qualifying items for store credit/exchange only within 72 hours from date of purchase.
Please inspect all items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving by email to email@example.com
If you are exchanging for another size please contact us to check inventory availability. We encourage you to buy the item if we have your size as we will not hold it. Once we receive the original item we will issue a refund if you bought another size in advance. This only qualifies for same style items.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will be notified by email and asked to make arrangements for it to be returned to you. Please note that all returns are up to owners discretion regardless of written policy.
Shoes must be returned in their original box.
Non qualifying items - Smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged after purchase. Sale Items, Under garments, Jewelry, Hats.
To complete your return, we require a receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so consider using a trackable carrier.
